The VEC-or light wheeled armoured vehicle-was introduced by Pegaso.
It is a development of the BMR600 wheeled vehicle.
This model is provided with a TC25 turret, designed by OTO Melara.
The VETC25 was in use during the UNPROFOR Spanish mission to the former Yugoslavia.
